Grayswood Nursery School
Grayswood Nursery School celebrates its 30th Birthday this year! Throughout the last 30 years we have been providing a wonderful nursery experience for children aged 2 and a half to 5 years in this beautiful location. This high level of provision was acknowledged by Ofsted in 2010 but grading the setting ‘Outstanding’ in every area - ”Children are valued, included and considered at all times, their needs are at the forefront of all that happens in the nursery” (Inspection Report June 2010)
The children use, not only the main hall, but also the village green and a local allotment. The nursery is open from 9.05 – 12.35am each weekday in term time and offers children the highest quality education for their early years. We are registered with Ofsted (may we have a link to our Ofsted inspection report?) and accept National Education Grant and childcare vouchers.
Children are valued, nurtured and proved with a programme full of exciting and motivating activities to make their experience of nursery something to remember forever.

Tai Chi
The Dragon Martial Arts Association specialises in teaching authentic, traditional Chinese kung fu to students of all ages and abilities. We focus on three styles – Southern Dragon style kung fu, Liu he ba fa (Water Boxing) and Yang style tai chi. The instructor is a 3x gold medallist in the Hong Kong kung fu championships, Hong Kong Internal kung fu championships and the European Open kung fu championships. The DMAA also organises regular training trips to France and Hong Kong, where students get to learn directly from some of the most celebrated and proficient masters of kung fu alive today.
