Village booking Rates are for Grayswood Residents
If you are a resident of Grayswood, you can take advantage of our preferred rates. These rates are valid until 31 December 2011 and only apply to Grayswood residents booking the hall for their own personal use.
To qualify, your normal residential address should have one of the following postcodes
GU27 2DA-Z
GU27 2EA-Z
GU27 2LH, LJ, LP or LQ
Whats included ?
Hire of the Main hall includes use of seating and folding tables, plus use of the main kitchen, cutlery and crockery for 110 persons. Hire of the Oonagh Jeffery Room includes use of seating and tables, plus use of the upstairs kitchen.
Please note
Due to the difficulties faced by all unsupervised village halls with 18th and 21st birthday parties, bookings for these or similar events are not normally accepted. All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the Village Hall Committee. All children’s parties must have at least a 1 Adult to 8 children ratio without exception.
User Group Rates for 2011
User groups are expected to be actively involved in the running of the hall and to appoint a representative to attend all Contacts committee meetings.
