Hire of the Main hall includes use of seating and folding tables, plus use of the main kitchen, cutlery and crockery for 110 persons.

If you are a resident of Grayswood, you can take advantage of preferential rates if the letting is for your own private use.

Preferential rates also apply to user groups who book the hall on a regular basis (e.g. once or month or more often). User groups are expected to be actively involved in the running of the hall and to appoint a representative to attend all Contacts committee meetings. Please apply directly to the hall bookings secretary for more information on becoming a user group.
